Ardanaz Society of Lawyers is composed by professionals with huge experience in nationally known law firms and large companies, created with a multidisciplinary approach, attending the advisory and contentious areas of Business Law.
Founded in 2006, the office assists companies in several segments of economic activity, providing comprehensive legal advice in all areas of Law related to business activity, with professionals properly specialized and able to work from simple issues to complex cases that require multidisciplinary involvement.
Our main goal is to deal with the diversity in an individual way, analyzing and identifying the needs of each one of our clients.
Located in a building of 300m_ in the neighborhood of Mooca, in São Paulo, Ardanaz Society of Lawyers has correspondents in other states and in the Federal District, which allows its performance throughout the national territory.
The office has technology to manage the flow of work information, using integrated system of information management and video conferencing.
The work of monitoring and performance in administrative proceedings and legal process are permanently informed through reports made to the customers, with all the details of each process from the beginning until its closure, including notes and information for each result, as resources and incidents.
The office prepares weekly newsletters about legislation, seeking new opportunities for achieving relevant decisions in administrative and judicial bodies, as well as conducts seminars to discussion specific issues, with formulation of articles in major publications, national and international.
