Administrative – Relation with the Public Authorities
- Acting in several issues involving the Administrative Law.
- Provision of legal advice to private companies in their relations with the Public Authorities, to ensure the correct application of the rules and rights, individual and collective, in institutional framework, in biddings, contracts and administrative agreements, according to major principles and Federal Constitution.
- Development of opinions facing legal aspects of acts committed by Public Administration bodies, and in the development of normative acts, providing consultancy and sponsoring a wide variety of interests, in judicial proceedings and administrative procedures.
