- Full assistance in drafting contracts for goods and services for consumption, or its suitability to the Code of Consumer Protection and legal consumer rules.
- Representation of clients, product suppliers and service providers, in consumer issues specific to the Public Ministry, entities and associations of consumer protection, in proposed actions before the Regular Courts and the Special Courts, in cases involving all sorts of applications for consumers, such as compensation, restitution, etc.
